Can you offer discount if there is an issue with an order?

Our 100% StressFree Guarantee means that if a customer isn't entirely happy with their order, we will reprint or refund upon return. 

That said, we understand that tight timescale means returning an order or waiting for a reprint isn't always an option. In these cases, we can offer a discount voucher for 10% of the order value up to a maximum of £200.
